Jul 26-30: Temple 6-Year Anniversary

Temple is celebrating six years with six epic nights of music. Well, the festivities started on Tuesday, but there are still five nights left. Expect tons of great bands, including WHAI, Scare The Children, Gum Bleed, Free Sex Shop, Tumor Boy and more. The annual awards ceremony will take place on Sunday. As always, it will be a party.

Jul 27: Super School Fighter Vol. 4

Looking to check out the best of Beijing's up and coming bands? School Bar's got you covered. The Super School Fighter series is happening at School every Thursday. For volume four Ghetto Blaster and Bosscuts will perform.

Jul 28: While She Sleeps

The five-piece British metalcore band are generating a lot of buzz for their latest album, You Are We. The album, which was released in April, touches on all sorts of things including post-Brexit anxiety.The Sheffield natives will be bringing it all to the stage on Friday night. Expect to hear everything from heart-thumping guitar riffs to melodic ballads.

July 29: Wild Tales of Beijing Vol. 2

Get ready for Volume 2 of School Bar's "Wild Tales of Beijing" series. Punk dudes Ambulance of Love, rock n' roll foursome Swinging Barbarellas, psychedelic prog-rockers Electric Lady and the always-funky The Hunters will perform in what is sure to be an epic night of music. Also, The Paper Tigers will be playing their last show, so come out to see them off.

July 30: Unearth

Apparantly international metalcore bands are flocking to Yugong Yishan this weekend (see above). Just in case you didn't get your metal fix on Friday night, Boston-based heavy metal veterans Unearth will be performing some bangin' metal anthems on Sunday.
