Where to Watch Super Bowl LI in Beijing

It's official, the New England Patriots and Atlanta Falcons will be facing off in Super Bowl LI. And sure, dedicated football fans in Beijing are going to have to wake up super early to catch the game, but luckily quite a few places are hosting Super Bowl parties this year. Kickoff will be at 7.30am on Monday February 6. As always, these parties are going to be popular so you might want to reserve your spots early.

Slow Boat Sanlitun Brewpub

Slow Boat's Sanlitun Brewpub is opening its doors at 6.30am for all you dedicated football fans. They’ll have a special Super Bowl breakfast and a bunch of drink specials. And if you happen to be rooting for the winning team, you’ll get a 10 percent discount. It’s first come first served and seats are limited.

Home Plate

Home Plate will be throwing their annual Super Bowl party. Expect an enormous buffet breakfast with free flow coffee and draft beer (an excellent combination for the early hour).

Plan B

Plan B will be hosting a Super Bowl party complete with a build-your-own Caesar bar. Tickets cost RMB200, which gets you the BYO Caesar, free-flow Tiger beer, a breakfast buffet, coffee and soft drinks. Doors open at 6am. Make sure to reserve your spot early because seats are limited.

Kerry Hotel

Just like back in the good ol’ US of A, Kerry Hotel will have a spread of American breakfast foods and unlimited Budweiser (and juices). Book your tickets ASAP because it's expected to fill up fast.

The Irish Volunteer

The Irish Volunteer will be hosting their second annual "Stewper Bowl" on Monday morning. There's going to be tons of food: Irish stew and bread, and a pizza party at halftime. Like any good Super Bowl party there will also be free drinks. Coffee and juice for those of you who have to work on Monday, and bloody marys and Baily's and coffee for those who don't.

Q Mex Bar & Grill

If you ask us Americans, football and Mexican food makes for an excellent combination. QMex will be opening its doors at 6.30am. Watch kickoff live at 7.30am and pick from some killer breakfast options: RMB80 Breakfast Burrito Combo and RMB95 American Breakfast. In addition to their breakfast deals, they'll have a 10 percent discount on chili cheese fries, taquitos and quesadillas and RMB10 tequila shots until 4pm.
