We don’t know about you, but TV played a pretty big role in our childhood. We can still vividly remember the good old days when we’d rush home from school, plop ourselves onto the couch and spend hours upon hours watching our favorite shows. We might even be able to recite the theme songs to Duck Tales, Friends and Saved by the Bell with a ridiculous amount of accuracy.
Well, that’s why That’s Beijing is partnering up with 4corners to take you back in time with an ‘80s and ‘90s nostalgia night. All of your favorite ‘80s and ‘90s TV shows will play all night long, and the best part is we can all sing along with our favorite TV songs together.
Singer Ed Oliden will be hosting the event. Ed might have been taught by Broadway-caliber performers and opera singers. He might also have a pretty damn impressive resume of his own. But what we love about Ed is that when it comes to music he’s down to fully geek out. Perhaps you were there when Ed performed at 4Corners’ Broadway/Disney Nights? Trust us, he's the perfect person to host this one-of-a-kind throwback event.
Expect to hear tunes from old school favorites like Cheers, Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Roseanne, In Living Color, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles... You get the idea.
So come geek out with us this Friday September 16 at 10pm at 4corners.
