Horizon is proud to present two lethal exponents of Sichuan cuisine, who will be thrilling diners with their culinary skills from 3 November to 10 November 2018. The two exponents are Chef Benson Peng and Chef Kenny Lu, who have been specially flown in from Shangri-La Chengdu to showcase the extraordinary taste of Sichuan cuisine. Chef Peng has earned a reputation for being a “Sichuan Shifu” and has won the gold medal in the first Sichuan Cuisine cooking competition in China. For this Sichuan Food Promotion, our guest chefs’ recommendations are available in the a la carte menu, which comprises of 12 selections for guests to choose from.
