In 2016, Oysterlicioius hosted China's first ever oyster shucking competition and crowned China's first National Shucking Champion. Due to the success of last year's event, we are excited to announce China's 2nd Annual Shuck Off featuring a week long festival with events in three different cities!
China's hottest oyster and drink festival kicks off May 19-22 in Shanghai, with events at HU Bar, Le Royal Meridien Hotel and our very own The Plump Oyster.
The week continues next in Beijing on May 24- 25. Events will be at C Pearl, the newly opened restaurant Unico and The Roof. All events are open to the public; prices and event times vary.
May 24 Northern Regional Final and VIP Patio Party: 388RMB per person at The Roof 3pm-6pm.

The grand finale happens on May 27 in Fuzhou, where China's top shuckers will compete to be named China's 2017 National Shucking Champion at the Oysterlicious Gala Dinner.
The winner will go on to battle in the first ever World Cup Shucking Competition in, hosted the same evening. Shucking champions from seven different countries will be flying in to compete in the first ever World Cup in China.
The 2017 China Shuck Off will be the event of the year; one that oyster and drink enthusiasts will not want to miss!
