Aug 7-31: Botanicals Month

Join Shake and Shanghai-based distillers Peddlers Gin Company for a one-month special immersive botanicals experience. What is an immersive botanicals experience? Well, you will get to touch, smell, and taste eleven of the local ingredients that make Peddlers Gin including Buddha's hand, Sichuan pepper, and lotus flower. Furthermore, enjoy bespoke Peddlers cocktails from gin and tonics featuring watermelon and mint to Wuxi peach, blueberry and more. You also won't want to miss the hot funk and soul tunes nightly.

Aug 7-8: El Ocho Welcomes World Class Bartender David Rios

Renown World class winner David Rios will be present at El Ocho as he tours China to promote the new launch of Nouaison Gin by G’Vine. This gin is specially distilled from grapes in Cognac; showcased in sleek, aesthetically pleasing packaging. Go along for a sample of it, created by Spain ‘s very own barman David Rios!

Aug 10-11: Peruvian Pop-Up Dinner with Carlos Sotomayor

Well-recognized chef Carlos Sotomayor will be present at Shake for a pop-up Peruvian dinner with Shake's Executive Chef Danyi Gao serving as sous chef for the night. This supper is comprised of Peru’s vibrant summer flavors. Expect refreshing cocktails served by Colin Tait.
