June 9: Gin-spiration Cocktail Degustation on World Gin Day 2018
In celebration of World Gin Day, the Grand Hyatt's Executive Sous Chef Matthew Demery has collaborated with Sprint Box's Hannah Keirl for a five course cocktail degustation. The journey begins in the 18th century and moves through history crossing time and geography via the medium of cocktails. World Gin Day will also feature a signature cocktail created for the day – ‘For the love of Gin’ – a heady combination of The West Winds Sabre, Jasmine Tea, Elderflower Liqueur & Lemon. Each cocktail will be served paired with a Brie, Balsamic & Pear Crostini – perfect to enjoy whilst watching the sunset over the historic Bund from the 87th floor.
June 9: Andaz Pink Brunch
Held on the cozy terrace of longtime Pride venue ally Andaz Xintiandi, Shanghai, the Pink Brunch is another Pride tradition that immediately follows the Pride Run every year. Have your fill of BBQ goodies at a buffet brunch while enjoying live performances in the summer air.
June 9: White Party Fundraiser Brunch
Brunch is great and all, but kick your weekend habit up a notch by joining a celebratory White Party Fundraiser Brunch to support the future of young women in China. Proceeds go to the World Academy for the Future of Women (WAFW) a leadership program focused on developing young women for leadership roles that address and achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The dress code is white and the food, soft drinks, wine and bubbles are free flow.
