In the spirit of World Gin Day, we’ll be taking adventurous guests on a journey through gin.  Our 5 course cocktail degustation begins in the 18th Century, and carries us through the history and changing nature of gin. Each course will showcase a unique gin – through the medium of cocktails – and will cross 5 countries. Expect Martinis and Oysters, Spiced Clover Clubs with Dark Chocolate.
