Performance Introduction
'Star Cluster Music' has formed for 5 years. The label symbolizes a gathering of those with dreams and the passion to drive it on. They explore themes on reality and dream, frustration and hope, on giving up and choosing, all reflective upon their personal experiences.
The theme of this performance is ‘Gene’. Our artists will express the attitudes to life, which is essentially the 'gene' of their music.

BeatGeneration1980s
BG1980 is a Screamo/Emocore band, they fuse a variety of diverse music elements in which makes the band's performances highly vibrant. The five with rock n roll at heart will use their passion for music to bring you a night of promising performances!

Life Awaits
2015 Life Awaits released their first single ‘In Descent’ 4 months after the band formed. It immediately attracted attention of many. Although the band is newly formed, everyone are experienced artists who performed in many live house shows, MIDI and Strawberry Festivals, and could also be found on the stage of Summer Sonic.
Therefore, once the band was exposed, it had the reputation of ‘the most high level and internationalized band in China’. As known by many fans, ‘In Descent’ is labeled posthardcore. Meanwhile, their live show became much expected from enthusiasts alike.
With its strong expression of emotions, the second single ‘Empty’ shocked the crowed again. 2016 limited physical and digital version of the band’s first self-titled album was released, which included three most representative songs ‘Ignite’, ‘Empty’ and ‘In Descent’.
With the release of this EP, Life Awaits shows everyone the ability to intertwine their most intimate emotions into beautiful melodies and a strong musical composition.

Return to Sender
In the winter of 2012, a group of young people gathered with a common goal to reach and influence others through heavy music. Return to Sender is not a band, but a way of expression by these youngsters who is not afraid to be out of the ordinary.
After repeatdley changing their members, finally at the end of 2013, they released their first EP ‘SAY GOODBYE TO ELVIS’. The song ‘No signal in Shanghai’ was included in ‘Collections of Shanghai Metal Music 2’. At the end of 2014, they released their digital EP ‘Box Which Carries The World’. They focus on the expression of the melody and lyrics. Where they sincerely share experiences-- about growing up,attitude,love,city and youth.

From The Red
In 2007 the band formed to spread the spirit of ‘Red’, hence ‘From The Red’. After continuous adjustment,self break-through and improvement in three years, From The Red becomes one of the most famous new-school heavy music band in the east of China.
The original members of the band are guitarists HU and YANG , JIN playing the bass and WANG on the drums. In 2010 FTR released their EP ‘Lost In The City Lights’ , and redefined their genre as post-hardcore.
In 2010.7, MA joined the band as the sampler, FTR started to become more diversified and internationalized. By increasing their exposure in live shows and music festivals, they grew more mature. In 2012 they released their first formal album ‘The Beginning Or The Ending’, meanwhile the drummer WANG left the band for personal reasons, new drummer TIAN joined the band.
In 2012.5, FTR started a national tour with 14 stations. After the tour, their vocalist YIN left the band and new vocalist TAO joined, which now forms the complete lineup of FTR. In 2014.10, the sampler, MA left the band. FTR kept on going as a 5 people squad.

Hybrid Dimension
Hybrid Dimension was established in September 2012, formerly known as ‘合金裂变’.Formed by five like-minded Nanjing undergraduate college students. They define there genre as metal core.
Within the time line of three years, they grew from a young campus band into a new force of the Nanjing underground heavy music. In 2014 after personnel changes, members’ cooperation became more tacit understanding, and their arrangement became more mature and innovative, transformation gradually established into a melody style of metal core. In 2016 they changed their name to Hybrid Dimension.

Forget And Forgive
Forget And Forgive of Shanghai is formed in 2009.2. They are always active on Shanghai rock stages with a posture of a younger band. After overcoming a series of problems, the band returns on stage in 2011 and adds more innovative elements in their songs. F.A.F was known for great appeal and explosive force of the LIVE after the reorganization, they impressed many at the scene. The dynamic of smooth melody, sharp, fierce roar and rich vivid orchestration is their unique musical language. The band is still trying to add more musical elements to make their music more diverse.
They insist on using the most personal experiences to express themselves, F.A.F’s music is without fancy modifications. They operate on principles of music to persist, work hard, to be open-minded and to be true.
After a variety of performances, the individuals of the band becomes maturing performance artists with a different audio visual impact.
The band released its first EP "PARASITE" in November 2012.
