Sister restaurant to Chef Brad Turley's wildly popular restaurant Goga, Hai by Goga is a casual Californian restaurant situated on the seventh floor inside the former French Concession's Shanghai Education Hotel. With some of the best views of the city available both inside the restaurant and outside on the rooftop terrace, Hai by Goga is well-suited to both casual and more formal occasions, including a private room with seating for up to 14. 

Expect a menu of chilled out gourmet California-style eats, inspired by both Turley's native San Francisco and his chef stints around the globe. Find also a well-rounded wine list with affordable and premium options by both bottle and glass.
