Epices & Foie Gras’ menu revolves around… foie gras, devised in many ways, both as stand alone dishes and worked into French bistro classics. The fattened liver of duck and goose appears in the majority of menus at Western restaurants in Shanghai, but Epices takes it a little step further with some interesting combinations that warrant a visit.
