AISG Class of 2023 IBDP Results
Congratulations to the Class of 2023 on their IBDP results! Despite taking non-amended exams for the first time in four years, their results continue to be significantly above the world average. With an average score of 34 (world average 30), and a pass rate of 91% (world average 80%), AISG students have achieved remarkable success. Moreover, with over 25% of students completing a bilingual diploma, AISG's diversity is evident. AISG is proud to have a strong IBDP program, a rigorous program that is the world’s gold standard academic preparation program for university. This, along with our expansive roster of community service, athletics, and activities, provides our students with the tools they need to enter top universities all around the world.
AISG Announces Grand Opening of Science Park Campus
AISG officially opened its Science Park campus, which was designed with a clear "Vision for Learning". This vision aimed to create a world-class learning environment that supports student-centered learning for a variety of learning styles. The campus offers student choice on how, when, and where they learn, facilitating deeper learning that can happen in a variety of learning spaces. Over 38,000m2 of space was renovated, which included the construction of buildings, landscaping, and repurposed outdoor space. The Science Park campus now features the Central Plaza as the main entrance, along with the Elementary Building, Secondary Building, Performing Arts Center, and Athletic Center.
Benenden Bilingual School is to Open in September
Located in Panyu, the transportation hub of the Greater Bay Area, the Benenden Bilingual School Guangzhou (BBSG) will welcome its founding students of Primary and Junior Secondary schools in September 2023.
Partnering with Benenden School UK and the CTF Education Group, BBSG balances a strong foundation of Chinese heritage and national cultural identity with a worldly outlook. The school follows the Chinese National Curriculum and features extended subjects such as STEAM, AI for humanity, language and culture, art, sports, theme exploration and other signature programmes. Leveraging the 100,000-square-meter campus and experienced academic team, the school supports the academic rigour and complete development of each student and prepare them to be Future World Ready.

SGA is an IBDP Authorized School
After a year of rigorous assessment and inspection, SGA is proud to announce that we have been authorized to offer the IB Diploma Programme. Congratulations to Director Luka Liu, Head of School, Tom Kline, Head of Secondary, Dr. Joseph Strzempka and the superb Secondary School team; this final seal of approval is a tribute to their experience and professionalism. SGA is now one of a select group of institutions that provide the full IB Continuum from Grade 1 to Grade 12, offering challenging and inspirational education taught in English at every age level.
SGA became a candidate school for the IB Diploma Programme in 2021 and hosted our IB Diploma Programme Verification Visit on June 5 to 6, 2023. During the visit, the visiting team toured the SGA campus, visited classes, and met with teachers, parents, and students. The visiting team provided positive feedback, as SGA demonstrated the standards and practices to become an IB Continuum World School.
The IB Diploma is the world's most prestigious international high school qualification. Students begin their learning journey at SGA with the IB Primary Years Programme, running from Grade 1 to Grade 5, continue with the IB Middle Years Programme from Grade 6 to Grade 10, and complete their studies with the IB Diploma Programme in Grades 11 and 12. QSI Shenzhen Shekou Campuses Receive Major Facelift
After deciding to remain in Shekou, significant renovations occurred at all of our campuses during the summer time. Each of the three campuses underwent extensive upgrades, with classrooms, labs, and playgrounds being rebuilt. What’s more, new furniture is being installed for all three campuses.
