China's 5,000-year-old culinary culture is extensive and profound, from the very nature of the ingredients to the unique composition and cooking methods employed. Cooking with crab is an age-old tradition which has its origins in ancient Chinese history.

From October 1 till November 30, Xili Kitchen at Sheraton Shenzhen Nanshan presents a Delectable Crab Feast dinner buffet. Using crab as the main ingredient, the hotel chef skillfully utilizes a variety of cooking methods (steaming, roasting, braising, baking, frying) to offer more than 20 Chinese, Western and Southeast Asian-style crab dishes for the discerning gourmet dinner. We cordially invite you to enjoy a golden autumn crab feast.

One masterpiece, called Crab Tarta with Avocado Quinoa Salad, combines tender crab with the fresh avocado and delicate low-calorie quinoa. Thai Style Curry Crab with Citronella, the olive-green crabs are enveloped in a golden curry and abound with the scent of citronella, creating a delectable delight evoking a sense of Thai flair.

Hard shell Crab Stir-Fried with Ginger and Scallion is another classic masterpiece, heralding from Hunan cuisine, with the green onion and ginger giving it the zing to awaken and reward your taste buds. Crab fried with spicy shrimps, the warm and plump crab meat complements the hot and fragrant shrimps, releasing the charm of hot and spicy. Stewed Chicken with Crab, a traditional Cantonese cuisine, the tender chicken fused with the crab meat, integrated into the mellow soup, a distinctive meld of flavors and textures. Crab Roe Soup with Chopped Sea Cucumber, Abalone, and Mushroom is another work of art. Comprising a variety of marine delicacies, highly prized sea cucumbers, soft and smooth abalone, and fresh mushrooms, yield a satisfyingly special and exquisite taste. Scallop roasted with Crab Roe, succulent scallops roasted with a touch of scent of crab roe, giving an instantly impressive taste. Other delectable offerings include the Soufflé baked with Crab Roe, French style Soufflé fused with a delicate texture of crab roe cleverly blended.

Exquisite desserts include Chinese and western-style sweets such as traditional cheesecake, homemade ice cream and seasonal fruits, chestnut cake and the ever popular molten lava cake to round off your gourmet dining experience.
