Serial Flasher Haunts Shenzhen Bus Station

A serial flasher is on the loose at Baishizhou Bus Station in Shenzhen, according to a Tencent News report.

The man was photographed in the act on January 10 at around 10pm by a woman surnamed Huang. The man is pictured wearing glasses and gripping his exposed penis.

This was the second time she'd seen the "wretched man" exposuring himself, according to Huang, a junior year student in a nearby college. On the first encounter, the man ran towards her with his penis exposed, causing her to scream before the man fled. 

Huang told Tencent that she has seen men exposing and touching themselves many times in Shenzhen, including once outside of her campus and once on a public bus.
