To the backdrop of charming views of the Bund and spectacular cityscape, guests can savor the fresh flavors of spring and indulge in a feast for both the palate and the eyes, immersing themselves in the romance and beauty of the season.

Chef Olivier consistently aims to bring sophisticated and unique culinary art to every guest's table, elevating classic French dishes to a more modern level through the bold use of carefully selected ingredients and traditional French spices. WechatIMG2814.jpeg

For this spring menu, Chef Olivier has meticulously selected precious seasonal ingredients such as White Asparagus, showcasing their core flavors in appetizers and pairings with veal tenderloin, offering a colorful spring experience.

The Carabineros is particularly recommended, with Chef Olivier showcasing a trio of cooking techniques – pan-fried, fresh tartare, and integrating the characteristics of the shrimp into a thick soup – showcasing the seafood's diverse uses.

This season also marks the best time for enjoying sea bream, and the Sea Bream Ceviche with mango and passion fruit presents a vibrant spring sensation.

Each dish on the menu – including the Spring Chicken Breast, Sea Bass, and Rosemary Smoked Pigeon & Grilled Duck Foie Gras – offers a refreshing and layered taste, enriching the guests' culinary journey.

The three-course Spring Collection lunch menu is priced at RMB388* per person, while the exquisite dinner set starts from RMB888* per person.

A variety of à la carte dishes are also available for guests to enjoy.
