To guests at Havana Bar, he will present four special cocktails...

The Grace

Featuring Havana Club 3 Years and blueberry shrub, this libation pays homage to rum enthusiasts, like the writer Ernest Hemingway and President John F. Kennedy.

The complex sweet notes of the dark rum mingle with the subtle blend of Earl Grey Tea, emitting a lingering warming aroma.

The Cure

With a history that can be traced back to 1862, this standout drink deserves to be tasted first-hand for the history alone.

Combining Chivas Mizunara whisky and Oloroso sherry, this sipper is finished with a spray of rose water, resulting in a highly aromatic dram.

Union Sour

Perfectly aligning with the evening’s theme of uniting every guest at Havana, this cocktail is crafted with Havana Club 7 Years rum, Amaro, citrus and orange blossom water.

Dramatini

Showcasing Beefeater 24 gin paired with Longjing tea, this classic cocktail balances the refreshing taste of gin with the fragrant tea, enhanced by the gentle sweetness of St. Germain.

Lio Yao hopes to evoke a warm, familiar sense of home for guests through his unique cocktail creations and enthusiastic, friendly service style – a mission he has pursued passionately in the industry for many years.
