On September 26, 2023, Guangzhou Baiyun International Conference Center held its third roadshow in Shanghai with the theme "Lingnan Essence, Global Language." Nearly 100 attendees participated including corporate executives and media representatives. The culture of Lingnan meets the passion of Shanghai, Baiyun Conference Center service team, marketing and chef team traveled to Shanghai to create a "Eating in Guangzhou" taste buds and visual "Shanghai" feast. The chef selected Lingnan specialty ingredients and flew them to the site to create classic cuisine with rich elements of Guangdong with traditional cooking techniques, guests may experience the authentic cuisine of Lingnan. On the day of the roadshow, there were also booths displaying Cantonese non-fangible cultural heritage, with Cantonese porcelain and embroidery on display, allowing guests to experience the ethnic colors and enchantment of Lingnan culture from a close distance, and incorporating the visual elements of Guangzhou's ancient markets and folk music performances, presenting a fascinating feast for all the senses.
