The holidays have ended and it’s time to focus on getting back into a routine... and shedding some of that festive flab. REVO will once again partner with F45 Training Shanghai while they run Challenge 30, which starts January 18.
The F45 Challenge
The F45 Challenge is a 45-day body transformation program designed to help F45 members adopt a healthier lifestyle and learn more about health and wellbeing. The Challenge is broken up into four phases, with a unique learning focus during each phase so members can build on a foundation of nutritional knowledge.
The Challenge provides access to weekly meal plans and a recipe library with 1,000s of delicious recipes, as well as helpful information, including nutrition education content, blog articles and program information that will assist members in meeting their health and fitness goals.
For a limited duration, F45 will offer a special 45 Day Challenge Membership, inclusive of two body scans and access to their Functional Movement & Nutrition workshops for RMB2,600. There are also great prizes for the Challenge winners.
REVO and F45
The entire community is invited to share in healthy and diverse meals that are ready-to-eat and delivered directly to your door. The Challenge portal has three dietary choices – Vegan, Vegetarian and Mainstream – while food delivery partner REVO offers Vegetarian and Mainstream.

These calorie-controlled meal plans average around 1,300 calories a day for females and under 1,900 per day for males. Every day you receive breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks, which combine lean proteins, plenty of veggies, healthy carbs and fats.
Tuna Poke with cucumber, edamame, pickled seaweed, peanut, and fish roe served over brown rice.
Greek Pork Gyro Bowl of minced lean pork, diced red bell pepper, tomatoes, mint, cumin and a pinch of Himalayan salt over a salad of baby spinach leaves, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives and feta cheese, served with a side of Greek yogurt.
Healthy Pad Thai with buckwheat noodles, stir fried tofu, fresh colorful veggies, with a paper thin omelet placed on top.
F45 Training Shanghai
F45 Training Shanghai delivers circuit-based training sessions in a safe, friendly and motivating 'team training' environment. Combining elements of HIIT, circuit training and functional training movements, the combination of interval, cardiovascular, and strength training is an effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle.
The 'F' stands for Functional Training – meaning exercises revolve around everyday life – while '45' is the number of minutes each class lasts. With over 36 different workout programs, and exercises changing daily, members will never complete the same workout twice.
