In collaboration with – and inspired by – Aurora Museum's MINCHAO exhibition, Executive Chef Olivier Pistre has created a fashionable afternoon tea party including sweets like Chocolate Raspberry Cake and Hazelnut Chocolate Cube and savories like Crab Meat with Mango Green Tea Toast and Baby Sweet Shrimp with Sweet Pea and Olive.
