Newly voted Spanish Restaurant of the Year at the That's Shanghai Food & Drink Awards 2020, Tomatito is the fourth stop on our Calorie Challenge. The Challenge has seen us team up with Zee-Ai and five chefs in five different restaurants, who are tasked with created healthy eating chef menus.

Vegan dry paella with artichokes, rosemary and smoked paprika
