The award-winning visual masterpiece Roses in the Salad is headed to Shanghai's 1862 Theatre on July 21. Based on the book by Bruno Munari, the humorous and thoroughly entertaining performance looks to inspire kids and parent to work together in the kitchen and learn all about garden grown veggies. Your little ones are sure to be enraptured by the show's amazing audio-visual techniques and energetic cast. The production is in Italian but features Chinese subtitles so it's easy for kids to follow along.

Brought to you by the illustrious Schedía Teatro, the Lombardy-based stage company was one of the founding members of Assitej Italy, which is the National Association of Theatre for Children and Young People. It has produced numerous well-received shows that families absolutely love due to their slapstick, yet innovative, approach.
