June 4-10: It's Negroni Week!

This week all participating bars will be serving classic Negronis at RMB 50 until Sunday June 10. So, if you’d like to show your support for charity during Negroni Week 2018, check out the list below, find your nearest bars, and then go sip your way round the best Negronis in town – helping out a good cause with each round. June 7: At the Drive-in
Don't miss this week's film The Grand Budapest Hotel for a picnic-style movie night under the stars at The Cannery's lawn, with featured drinks and snacks. In addition to snacks each week to ‘put you in the mood’ for the weekly feature film, there is free popcorn and a self service bar with a wonderful and affordable selection of wines and beer. Bring your friends and your dog …and relax on Thursday evenings.

June 9: Gin-spiration Cocktail Degustation on World Gin Day 2018
In celebration of World Gin Day, the Grand Hyatt's Executive Sous Chef Matthew Demery has collaborated with Sprint Box's Hannah Keirl for a five course cocktail degustation. The journey begins in the 18th century and moves through history crossing time and geography via the medium of cocktails. World Gin Day will also feature a signature cocktail created for the day – ‘For the love of Gin’ – a heady combination of The West Winds Sabre, Jasmine Tea, Elderflower Liqueur & Lemon. Each cocktail will be served paired with a Brie, Balsamic & Pear Crostini – perfect to enjoy whilst watching the sunset over the historic Bund from the 87th floor.

June 9: Andaz Pink Brunch
Held on the cozy terrace of longtime Pride venue ally Andaz Xintiandi, Shanghai, the Pink Brunch is another Pride tradition that immediately follows the Pride Run every year. Have your fill of BBQ goodies at a buffet brunch while enjoying live performances in the summer air.

June 9: White Party Fundraiser Brunch
Brunch is great and all, but kick your weekend habit up a notch by joining a celebratory White Party Fundraiser Brunch to support the future of young women in China. Proceeds go to the World Academy for the Future of Women (WAFW) a leadership program focused on developing young women for leadership roles that address and achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The dress code is white and the food, soft drinks, wine and bubbles are free flow.

June 9-10: Rainbow Bagels for ShanghaiPRIDE
Spread the Bagel is collaborating with ShanghaiPRIDE by providing rainbow bagels and bagel balls to "spread the love" throughout the city. You can purchase these multicolored beauties at Avocado Lady, selected Dunkin' Donuts locations, Kate & Kimi, Lanna Coffee, Tian Coffee and Why Coffee plus limited quantities all week at Spread the Bagel's Nanchang Lu shop. Keep an ear out for free bagels at PRIDE events all week long as well as an upcoming unoffical PRIDE party hosted by STB.

June 12: Pok Pok Wings Launch Party
Chef Danyi Gao's famous fish-sauce wings are back by popular demand. The 12-piece limited edition buckets will be available on Tuesdays for RMB99 (dine in or takeaway). Don't miss the launch party's all night RMB50 whiskey sour deal and live music from 9.30pm.
