Hosted by Heritage by Madison and chef/owner Austin Hu, "Heritage Eats" food festival 2020 is motivated by the same philosophy that drives the restaurant: exploring cultural heritage through delicious food.
We are asking each chef to prepare 1-3 dishes (not on their normal menu) and at least one dish to be of their “heritage”, be it childhood memory, apprenticeship, grandmother‘s recipe, any dish or plate that they feel represents who they are and where they come from.
