New Year’s Eve 6-Course Festive Dinner
RMB1,088 pp including wine pairing and pre-dinner canapés, champagne, cocktails, beer and soft drinks at Jade on 36 Bar.

Menu specialties include pan-seared scallop with wild mushrooms, truffle foam, crispy chestnut, as well as supreme of pigeon breast with sesame, broccoli, confit potato, sweet and sour sauce, and Maine lobster and mash potato with pickled ginger, satay lobster bisque, spring onion.
