Spread is now open on the corner of Shaanxi Lu and Wuding Lu. Owner Guillaume brought his experience working as GM at two of Shanghai's longest standing French restaurants – Villa Le Bec and Mr & Mrs Bund – together to create this bistro's menu of tartines, soups and salads.
