Opened in April 2009, this eatery serves French and international favorites, through Pairet’s looking glass. Service is family-style, recast for a modern table.
The menu has gone through key refreshment in Autumn 2020, inspired by France’s legendary Brasserie, New York Steakhouse and London Grill. The straightforward composition and cooking feature retro classics, expressed with simplicity and Pairet’s touch.
