On August 31, The Waldorf Astoria Beijing is about to celebrate its glorious tenth anniversary. To celebrate this milestone moment, the hotel will soon hold a series of celebratory activities with the theme of ‘A Night to Remember’.

One of the highlights will be a limited reservation cross-national four-hand cooperation dinner presented by Michelin-starred chef Heinz Beck and Wang Chunzeng’s cooperation dinner. In addition, the artist Ling Jian's exhibition will be open to the public from September 12 to December 10.

Michelin three-star Chef Heinz Beck (the Executive Chef of the Rome Cavalieri Waldorf Astoria) and Wang Chunzeng (the Executive Chinese Kitchen Chef at the Waldorf Astoria Beijing), who is also a one-star Michelin chef, have joined hands to bring guests a six-course dinner that combines pure Italian and Mediterranean dishes with the essence of Chinese cuisine. This is not only a creative collision of four stars, but also a unique in-depth fusion of Chinese and Western food culture.
