InterContinental Beijing Sanlitun has launched its new “BEE BRUNCH,” available at both CHAR Bar & Grill and Top Tapas, presenting a new style of brunch in the trendy Sanlitun region.
The hexagonal texture of the hotel’s architecture, which happens to echo the honeycomb element, contributes to the concept of “BEE BRUNCH.” The hotel has a luxurious appearance and fashionable interior, through the avant-garde design into the Sanlitun vibrant living atmosphere. The delicious brunch dishes are also designed to convey a global journey through different tastes.
With terrace views overlooking Sanlitun and a glass of the classic Italian drink Aperol spritz in hand, you’ll be ready to kick off your refreshing brunch.
With four categories of cuisine, you'll have plenty of delicious and nutritious items to mix and match while creating your own brunch journey. Enjoy a refreshing prawn cocktail with sauce to usher in the beginning of summer. Pair it with a trendy avocado toast to savor healthy culinary styles from Australia, or try the exclusive new addition to the brunch menu: waffles! Their chefs have added fresh vanilla pod seeds to bring tropical flavors with a crispy and crunchy profile, and finishing it off with whipped cream and maple syrup.
No brunch would be complete without eggs. Diners can choose from three different varieties. The iconic eggs Benedict is both cosmopolitan and modern. Soft scrambled eggs with rye bread deliver a breakfast classic with a side of healthy Nordic healthy flair, while soft poached eggs served with buffalo mozzarella bring out classic British flavors. All egg dishes come with your choice of three sides: chicken sausage, pork sausage, grilled ham, bacon, baked beans, cherry tomatoes and hash browns.
Generous main courses, meanwhile, are designed to satisfy your brunch experience. Highlights include shakshuka, pan-fried salmon, prawn linguini, steak & eggs, Wagyu beef sliders and a smoked salmon egg bagelwich.
Finish it off with Sean’s tiramisu (named after the pastry chef who created the dessert) a dessert with a modern twist: vanilla crème brulee with fresh berries, as well as fresh fruit skewers. It's a happy sweet ending for your brunch indulgence!
It gets better! The brunch is available on Mondays, so you can savor a long weekend.
