We’re in the market for a Listings Intern at Urbanatomy Media, China's premier English language media group. The position will be based in Shanghai.

Our products, That's MagazinesThat’s AppUrban Family, as well as our e-commerce platform thMart, cover a wide variety of topics and offer services in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Suzhou, Tianjin and across Greater China, including: News, Restaurants & Dining, Bars & Nightlife, Arts & Entertainment, Events, Lifestyle, Fashion, Culture, Sports, Music, Business, Environment, Technology and much more.

We're looking for an enthusiastic candidate with the following skills:

Requirements

  • English-language writing skills, with a strong grasp of spelling, grammar, punctuation and style

  • Mandarin writing, reading and speaking

  • Organized, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines

  • Experience in data entry and database management prefered

  • Experience in content creation and maintenance prefered

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Listings Manager, the Listings Intern's responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Compiling, organizing and maintaining our national database on That's MagazinesThat’s AppUrban FamilythMart and other digital platforms and products

  • Writing, copyediting and fact-checking of content

  • Contacting appropriate public relations, event and media clients to ensure all materials are up-to-date
