Scene & Heard: 455-455-12#

The above is not a typo, we swear – it is the actual name of a new boutique in Sanlitun. Though, given the way its name criss-crosses around itself in the logo, you may mistake it for ‘455-455-455-455-12#-12#.’ We cannot profess to know the cosmological significance behind these numbers, but we can say that, despite the mysterious name, this is a fairly standard men’s fashion boutique in Courtyard 4, jammed somewhat awkwardly between a bakery and a real estate office. There are more logical places to buy your Nikes, but this is definitely the only place we know selling T-shirts that read ‘455-455-12#.’ You know, if you’re into that.
