Nov 14-18: White Truffle Wine-Pairing Menu @ Bistrot B

201611/RosewoodTruffle.JPG

White truffle season is here – but it’s not sticking around for long. And the same can be said for Enrico Figliuolo, executive chef at the Rosewood Beijing’s Italian sister hotel, who is gracing China with his expert take on this seasonal delicacy. For five days only, you can enjoy Chef Figliuolo’s exclusive four-course wine-pairing menu at the Rosewood Beijing's Bistrot B, with each course incorporating white truffles in new and interesting ways. We tried out some of his creations and they are genuinely superb. If you miss your chance this week, Rosewood Beijing will be celebrating all things truffle until Nov 27.

Nov 14-18, Bistrot B at the Rosewood Beijing, call in advance to reserve.

There will, of course, be impeccable cuts of beef and fine wine. Make sure to make reservations ahead of time at Mosto or Moka Bros.
