Beijing’s very own Indie Film Festival is back for round two. On Thursday, 14 short films will be screened at the new outdoor Skylight Cinema on the rooftop of Sanfine International Hospital. There are multiple award-winning films in the bunch – some of which haven’t been publicly screened in Beijing. It’s also a great networking opportunity for those looking to mingle with the Beijing filmmaker community as well as marketing and media professionals. You can expect That's Beijing to be in attendance plus there'll be food and drink vendors – including Jing-A and Caravan – so come hungry and thirsty!

The festival is organized by Joshua Linder, an award winning filmmaker from America who works as a producer, cinematographer, editor and film financier in Beijing. The 14 films that will be screened span genres, from Kung Fu to comedy to music videos. All films will be subtitled so everyone can enjoy them. There will be 2.5 hours of films shown during the festival and an hour will be allotted for networking. Plus, there will be plenty of food and drinks on hand and ample of time for mingling.
