Australian fine dining is coming right here to Beijing. The dining event is all about showing off the best produce and wine Australia has to offer. The award-winning Mayura Station Wagyu farm dates back to 1845 and is highly regarded as one of Australia’s premier farms. They will be serving an exclusive four-course meal at The Westin in Beijing on Saturday, June 11. To complete the Australian fine dining experience, the meal will be paired with Penfolds premium Australian wines.

This exclusive dinner will be hosted by Penfolds ambassador Ewan Proctor and Australia’s foremost Wine and Champagne presenter, Kyla Kirkpatrick – also known as the 'Champagne Dame.'

Guests will dine in a five-star venue, where they will be served by Australian staff and entertained with classical music. They will learn about the history of the Wagyu Company from the owner of Mayura Station, Scott De Bruin. Ewan Proctor will then present a selection of fine wines, thoughtfully chosen to match the meal, while the Champagne Dame hosts. At the end of the evening, all guests will also be presented with beautiful gift bags. The perfect end to an elegant dining experience.
