The Peninsula Beijing Custard Mooncakes inherit the extraordinary quality that The Peninsula Hotels has always been known for. Starting from the Spring Moon restaurant at The Peninsula Hong Kong in 1986.

During this Mid-Autumn Festival, Deng Jianbiao, Executive Dim Sum Chef of Huang Ting at The Peninsula Beijing, upholds the spirit of craftsmanship and continues the exclusive recipe of The Peninsula Hong Kong, creating traditional custard-flavoured mooncakes. In addition to the classic custard flavour of traditional mooncakes, Huang Ting also presents innovative Dried Tangerine Peel Red Bean Paste and Hawthorn Pine Nut flavours.
This year, The Peninsula Beijing launches a mooncake box-recycling campaign # PenUpcycle, which calls upon all guests who purchase mooncakes to reuse the boxes and give mooncake boxes a second life. Guests can transform the boxes into anything they desire, with the only requirement being that the boxes are not discarded.
