Carefree Mediterranean vibes – and delicious seafood – are breezing their way into Shenzhen this spring, with the launch of Shark Sea World’s new spring and summer menu.
The revitalized menu features an array of delicious seafood dishes from across the Mediterranean region and was created by Shark Sea World’s head chef - Alessandro Sciortino.
Chef Sciortino hails from Naples and boasts a long family history of restaurateurs. Discovering his passion for the culinary world by watching his grandfather Mario and uncle Diego, Sciortino went on to attend culinary school – where he graduated with excellence in 2009.
If you are as excited as we are about this new menu, then attending Shark Sea World’s Mediterranean Breeze Party on May 6 is an absolute must. The event will run from 7-10pm, with two seating times – 6.30pm and 8.30pm. Tickets to the party are now on sale (RMB139 in advance, RMB199 at the door) and include a seven-course menu, complimentary canapés and free flow of selected wines.
