Fancy a taste of Paris in the 1920s? JW Marriott's California Grill are gearing up to treat you to an exclusive French feast on Friday May 29. Exclusively tailored for 40 guests. Rene Oskam, Executive Chef of the hotel and his talented team will bring you a classic eight-course French dinner paired with premium French wines and live entertainment. The California Grill will be turned into a traditional yet stylish Parisian brasserie, creating a relaxed, vintage French vibe for a dinner to remember.
The meal starts at 6pm with fresh imported oysters and Champagne, followed by eight courses, dessert and cocktails. After dinner, you'll be invited to the 60th floor Library at the hotel which is recognized as the 'Highest Library in the World' by Guinness World Records. Here you can round off your evening with a selection of French cheese, chocolate and absinthe.
JW Chef’s Table is a themed dinner event held once a season at the JW’s California Grill. The event is a different concept every time and aims to bring guests an indulgent and unique gastronomic experience. The next JW Chef’s Table event will be revealed in September.
