A Shanghai woman surnamed Tian has been sentenced to one year's imprisonment by Qingpu District Court after she screamed down an elderly man with such ferocity that he died of heart failure on the spot.

On 19 August, CCTV footage showed Tian and her fiends stumbling down the road after a few drinks. An old couple riding their scooter to the hospital beeps at the group for them to make way, and then reprimands them when they don't budge.

Tian responded, as you do, by slapping and pulling the hair of the old woman. When family of the old couple were called to the battleground, they repeatedly told Tian that the old man suffered from heart problems but she wouldn't let up. Seizing the key to the couple's scooter, Tian refusing to let them go until they've apologized to her.

At this point, the old man's hands started trembling, his face lost color and he collapsed on the street — and Tian turned tail and left the scene.
