No plans for St. Paddy's day? Here's a fun one from a few rabble-rousing locals:

Next Saturday (Mar 15), Shanghai Tattoo is teaming up with Contesta Rock Hair.  From 4pm onwards, Uptown Records will be blaring Irish Punk while the tat masters ink Irish themed tattoos for RMB666. Contesta Rock Hair will be doing straight razor shaves at the going rate of RMB200, along with all beard-related facial hair trimming and primming.

To encourage your needle-pricking habits, Senator Saloon will be pouring Jameson cocktails, Sumerian will be doing Irish Coffee and Shanghai Pickleback will be doing what they do best, Pickleback s hots. Plus, Dean's will be handing out a free beer while supplies lasts.

Food wise, they've got Tock's, Amelia's and Pie Society dishin' up the goods, so even if you don't need ink or a shave, good times are still to be had. whilst Uptown Records promises Irish Punk music.

And if you're a cycle-fiend, Factory Five will be ending their ride here, so plan accordingly.

See the flyer at left for more deets.
