After a year of storage and cultivation, hairy crabs emerge with their own unique plump appearance. Elements Restaurant selects the best hairy crabs for the buffet.

The chef team carefully creates a variety of hairy crab dishes, such as drunken hairy crabs braised with floral elements, delicious durian cheese hairy crabs, steamed crabs with stinky tofu, classic Cantonese-style fried crabs, a secret 13-spice recipe for hairy crabs, and baked crab – a style found on traditional Shanghainese dining tables.

Enjoy a variety of Asian- and European-style dishes, as well as other delicious autumn dishes!

Injecting colourful ingredients into the season, fresh and sweet crab meat is cleverly crafted to showcase the diverse flavors of hairy crabs, immersing oneself in the luxurious taste brought by the delicacies of the feast.

The set menu includes crab meat tartare, grilled high-quality king crab legs, and hairy crab Spanish rice!

Inspired by fall, the venue presents a limited seasonal delicacy and customized set meal comprising a crab feast.

During this fall season, the Italian chef is inspired by cod and creatively integrates it into multiple cuisines, injecting unique sensibility and creativity into the ingredient.

Light cod mousse and classic cod Italian dumplings are exquisite choices for gourmands. Taking inspiration from Japanese cuisine, the flavored salted cod is made with red wine and onions to pair with the seafood while bringing out its natural sweetness.
