The PURE West Nanjing Road 699 Club, which has a grand opening on December 3, organically integrates a PURE Fitness Club and a PURE Yoga Club. With 3,400 square meters of three-story three-dimensional exercise space, it will create a noteworthy experience and unique feeling for sports and healthy living enthusiasts in Shanghai.

In particular, FUZE – a boutique group concept brand under PURE Fitness – will be launched. With industry-leading diversified small-class training courses and a comfortable sports atmosphere, there is no better way to ignite enthusiasm and energy for sports and exercise.

FUZE is a new dynamic training concept emphasizing movement and maintaining a consistent level of comfort, with incremental weight training, boxing and cardiopulmonary and functional HIIT – high-intensity intermittent training. FUZE provides a four-pillar course for enthusiasts of different sports and of different levels, FUEL, BLAZE, STRIKE and KINETIC.

At the same time, FUZE course coaches will bring a personalized and high-intensity ‘boot camp’ mode of guidance and teaching style. In addition, the hyperignition interactive group training program coupled with continuous upgrading and improvement of training courses can help students constantly ‘refresh’ their training level and ‘unlock’ the higher level courses, so as to maintain stimulation, remain challenged and constantly strive to achieve a clear goal.

PURE Yoga Club is located on the fourth floor of the building. With simple but stylish design aesthetics, it perfectly integrates wood-based colors with classic lines and Zen textures.

The space is equipped with four yoga classrooms led by a highly renowned professional team of instructors offering more than 120 yoga classes, covering 25 different styles and all in a Chinese-English bilingual setting.
