Café Liang
Café Liang will launch a buffet dinner at RMB498 on December 24 and 31, including free-flow of selected wine and beverages. On December 25 and January 1, the restaurant will offer lunch and dinner buffets at RMB398 with free-flow beverages.
Calypso
Calypso will present a five-course dinner at RMB698 per person on December 24 and 25, with roasted scallops, chicken and foie gras tortellini and tenderloin Rossini on the menu. The New Year’s Eve menu will come with poached half Boston lobster, Australian grain fed M3 striploin and more. Three glasses of pairing wine will be available at RMB198.
The 1515 West Chophouse & Bar
The 1515 West Chophouse & Bar will offer a five-course dinner at RMB888 on December 24 and 25, with Canadian lobster, roasted turkey or Australian Black Angus tenderloin and dessert. The New Year’s Eve menu will come with blue lobster, Black Angus M5 dry-aged porterhouse and more. Three glasses of pairing wine will be available at RMB288.
Horizon Club
Horizon Club will also present a Christmas menu at RMB1,088 per person with scallop carpaccio, smoked salmon, lobster and Australian Black Angus tenderloin. The New Year’s Eve menu will be offered at RMB1,088 and comes with duck liver confit, tenderloin, Icelandic langoustine and Australian Black Angus M5 dry-aged porterhouse. Selected Champagne and wine will be available at RMB606 per bottle.

Old Shanghai Themed Party in The 1515 West Bar
Inspired by the Golden Age of Shanghai, guests can enjoy reliving the lavishness and vibrancy of Shanghai’s swanky era in The 1515 West Bar. The mystery, the excitement and the historical meaning of this theme makes for an excellent setting to symbolize the allure of modernity and cosmopolitanism of Old Shanghai. At the same venue, there will be a live DJ show and jazz performance to brighten up the night, and guests will also have a chance to win in the lucky draw on site.
