The holiday season is in full swing, which means it’s not only time to celebrate but it’s also time to give back. Once again, WeWork is hosting their annual Christmas Charity Market. This year, they partnered up with Make-A-Wish® Shanghai, which works to change the lives of children suffering from critical illness in China.

The market will be held this weekend from December 21 to 22 at WeWork’s Shanghai flagship location. The two-day event will be chock full of all sorts of festive activities and performances. As always, there will be plenty of gift shopping opportunities from over 40 lifestyle and F&B brands. In addition, guests can participate in fun activities ranging from tarot card readings to DIY leather making workshops to fantastic giveaways. Take a chance on a scratch ticket. With a little bit of luck, you can win prizes of up to RMB600.

Your little ones will be delighted by the face painting studio and the Make-A-Wish Tree, where they can write down their Christmas and New Year’s wishes. The market will even have a pet adoption station and a pet photography studio where you can take headshots with your furry friends. Santa Claus will also be onsite, giving away gifts and taking photos. There will also be kids as volunteers selling Christmas cookies and passing on holiday cheer to everyone!

A charitable auction will be held on Saturday. Guests can bid on everything from Shanghai Disneyland tickets to Ferrari Racing Days 2020 VIP Passes to cookies and drawings made by the children volunteers. On Sunday, visitors have the chance to meet Storm Troopers and X-Wing Pilots from Star Wars in person and enjoy a performance by the Shanghai International Youth Orchestra.

Sip on some mulled wine and revel in the holiday spirit this weekend at WeWork’s Christmas Charity Market.
