It Snowed in Shanghai... Again

After a light dusting yesterday, snow was spotted for a second consective day in the 'Hai.

Snow is a bit of a rare sighting in Shanghai, but with temperatures dropping to a ruthless zero degrees Celsius this week — and this being the coldest winter on record in five years) — we're getting the chance to see it up close.
