One of the staple fitness studios in Shanghai, Z&B is expanding to a third studio this weekend.
The studios offer a range of classes from yoga to Zumba to bootcamps and more. Their third location will be in the Golden Eagle Building off Shaanxi Lu and will feature four fitness rooms, plus a personal training area with machines.
While you can start participating in their classes now, they'll be throwing a big opening party on September 24 where they'll be offering free classes from 9am to 5pm. There will also be goodies passed around throughout the day.
