September 7 is Ask a Health Coach Day at Sprout. Furthering their reputation as one of the healthiest companies in Shanghai, Sprout is providing nine Shanghai-based health coaches to assess your current lifestyle and advise you as to how to make sustainable changes which will affect your health and quality of life.

The backgrounds of the coaches vary so you should time your visit in accordance with your lifestyle-change needs:

10-11am, Chiara Ghidoni and Kimberly Ashton: Weightloss, exercise, nutrition, cooking and meditation

11am-12pm, Jenni Reid: Control of negative eating habits, meal planning and home cooking

12-1pm, Serena Fudio: Meditation and dietary advice.

1-2pm, Martina Klotz: Exercise and weightloss

2-3pm, Jacqueline Zhan Fraise: Planning, shopping, cooking and eating

3-4pm: Keith Collins: Weight management, managing stress, giving up smoking and physical health.

4-5pm, Cheryl Lin: Healthy eating and weight optimization.

5-6pm, Chiara Squinzi: Diet and lifestyle evaluation.

Also: Sprout café is now open on Saturdays so head down between 10am and 4pm for your fix of healthy. They will be doing a special combined brunch menu including; home made nut butters, chia jam, egg dishes, gluten free muffins and cookies, vegan ice cream and all the regular Sprout cafe menu items such as organic Thai style pork, turmeric nut rub fish, brown rice and fresh sprout chopped salad and, of course, their super food smoothies
