As part of the Chef skills, this class is on slow cooking methods to create American BBQ. It's a class special dedicated to the American National Day. Barbecue (BBQ) has been a staple of American culture. Participants in this workshop will not only learn how to cook "hunks" meat tender and juicy but also other food items through the art of BBQ.
