From a menu featuring traditional flavors served with courtesy and elegance, Chef Yoshiyuki presents the dinner set with eight courses using seasonal ingredients and based on guest's preferences. The dinner set includes Japanese organic vegetable salad, seafood steamed soil bottle, a sashimi platter, teppanyaki Australian veal, a premium sushi platter,cooked fresh fish daily, cattail cooked eel rice and seafood rice with flavored soup, and dessert recommended by Chef Yoshiyuki. The whole set is priced at RMB920 net for two persons.
