The Summer Menu promises to be a real taste of Shanghai, offering healthy and nourishing recipes with a refreshing summer twist of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Explore such delicacies as Wok-fried Chinese White Gourd with Salted Duck Egg, Tender Towel Gourd with Chopped Shrimp, Pumpkin Paste with Green Bean Paste, Edamame, Chicken, Shrimp Pickled in Rice Wine, to name just a few of the tantalizing treats on offer.
