Kartel Description

Kartel is a popular wine bar and eatery in Jing'an, offering a primarily expatriate clientele a mix of cocktails and French food, in addition to an extensive wine list. With its bare brick walls, wooden floors, and communal tables, Kartel offers a relaxed atmosphere, complemented by the occasional live DJ set. Climb up to the rooftop terrace and take in the spectacular view of the neighborhood. Happy hour daily from 6-8 pm. Local cards accepted.
