Hokkaido-born dessert Zaku Zaku specializes in extra-crunchy choux buns, baked in-store with a crispy croquant topping made from roasted almonds, sugar and egg whites. They're filled with either sweet cream or pristine Hokkaido milk ice cream.
At peak times (around 6pm) expect a line of up to several hours.
